Elvie Rhone has been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 20 years, having forged a wide range of educational and professional experiences into a unique real-estate career. As an investor, landlord, and 30-year homeowner, Elvie has developed expertise that she gladly shares with others regarding the finer points of investing in commercial real estate as well as home ownership.

In addition to Elive's personal achievements, she has served--and continues to serve--on several local boards and has received recognition for her fine service and involvement. Among the several standard real estate organizations of which she is a member is the Women's Council of REALTORS. On the national level, Elvie received the National Community Education Award for her outstanding contributions to national legislation in Washington, D.C. Being actively involved in the process is also a skill that Elvie brings to her day-to-day real estate activities.

When Elvie is not involved in real estate, one can find her reading a great book, enjoying her family, exploring new places, or working in her therapeutic garden of flowers and urban organic vegetables. As a passionate traveler who has visited locales both foreign and domestic, she has come to admire and appreciate all types of residential and commercial architectural designs.
