As a native Hyde Parker, Bob holds a special appreciation for the communities that he serves. He stresses that the rapidly evolving South Side neighborhoods have seen unprecedented growth since he joined CENTURY 21 Kennedy, Ryan, Monigal and Assoc., Inc. in 1993. Now, with extensive experience in selling single-family homes, condominiums, cooperatives, multi-family buildings, and vacant land (which is rapidly disappearing), he is well prepared to fill any real-estate needs you may have.
